Reflection about what we liked this year

Today what we are talking about what we enjoyed this year what i enjoy this year was camp. Camp was amazing and when we got there we did not need to learn we had bunk beds inside the boys room. We had groups when we went there it was me Perenara,Kaleb,Kesington and the last one is Hamish. we had to go to bed and go sleep when woke up we had to go and have abseiling and orienteering and the first I went was abseiling and then we went orienteering.

When we finish doing those things when we got back to camp at orienteering there was cow poo. And everybody stepped on it there was electrical fences and people when they run down the mountains the people fall over.

Because when i was going down the mountain i couldn't stop i was trying to but then i fell down on my body. As soon as i got to camp i was tied and all muddy and at night we watch harry potter movies and we bring snacks to eat during the movie like popcorn and chocolate then people were saying their goodbyes to camp raglan. And went to the bus and go back to school then got our bags out of the bus and and go home because the camp that we went to was out of Auckland it was long and tiring. We started walking home and everybody was tired because they had a good time.

What 3 words would you use to describe 2018?I was Amazing,Cool and awesome.

What ONE achievement are you most proud of? that i finished the coreses.

What new things did you discover about yourself?was that it was my first time shooting a plate gun.

What 5 people did you enjoy spending time with? my friends and Sam so my friends were Aumau,Perenara,Amon and Toma.

Who/what had the biggest positive impact on your life?that was i nealy fell off the course and fall inside the water and got wet and and sam was supporting me that i can do it. 










         

Reflection about writing test

Today we had a writing test and we had to read all the questions and answer them properly at the first part when we were about to start our test miss komor was explaining to us for doing what we are supposed to do. Where not aloud to just pick any answer and keep on doing that.

We had to read the whole writing the will be there for you and when we finished everybody had to do work and finished blogging and we had morning tea.

Suave - Reflection about How to make an Apple Crumble

Today we are learning to make apple crumble dish and me and my class was starting because most of the class had to go to technology to finish their design and we had to pick what to do at school by our selves.

And everybody said P.E and Miss said to go and make something. She showed it up on the tv and we or said yasss! and some people nooo! and we going to make apple crumble.

Girls had to do the cutting and the rest the boys had to do the peeling the apples and the we had to first got to the toilets to wash our hands but there was no soup in the toilets so we went to the kids toilets and we used there soup and came back upstairs.

WALT: The Important of forming an opinion

Today we had a debate about statements. Different kind of things that we disagree and agree with the statement when we started we had to start with this statement There should be no school rules I disagree when miss aireen told me  

Hail storm

SMACK!! CLICK!! As the hailstones crash onto the roof of your house. They are made by the clouds or sometimes from the storm and they look like frozen rice and the color of it is white or see through.
People trying their best to make home to shelter and kids waiting for the rain to stop to go home or waiting for their parents to come pick them up and people struggling to put the fire to keep them warm.

WALT:how to use kami

This morning we had a lesson about kami miss scented it to us then we had to listen to her to follow the instruction for to explain it to us. And the teacher that was teaching us how to use the kami was Mrs Aireen.

She told us the instruction and when we got started on it. As soon as we got on it we like read like information about the pests. Pests are dangerous and sometimes scary once there was a pest that this lady own and it went lost and then she put signs everywhere so people can see it and the reward was $50 if someone found.  

Life of education

Today this was our last day of life of education and me and my friend Aumau we came late to school and went to the office to go and sign late because we were waiting for the people to have there turn and as soon as they were finished we just signed in.

And we went to the class we looked through the window and we saw no one there so we went half way down the hallway and we look in room 9 saw no one went to room 8 students were inside there and my friend Aumau ask me strate away,''oii should we go to room 8 and ask the teacher if we could stay for a little while''.

And i was saying no and he just turned his back on me and dropped his bag and ask the teacher and then she said sure and she asked him how much are there he said two and she said who is it that is shy and he said its Suave and Miss told me to come inside then like a minute ago someone from the room 8 class told us that we had to go to the life of education.


Then we went down with Kelly and she told us a couple of questions and she knocked on the truck door for us to go inside and she told us to go in and we just saw like body parts that are inside ourselves and we had fun inside there we had to say goodbye to herald the giraffe everybody laugh.    






     

Suave maths Reflection

Friday 9th November 2018

Today we had a maths lesson and me and my friend Perenara were finding out this hard question and we got it was 6.4+8.7 we go the answer it was 15.1 and we moved onto the next one and moved on and keep on doing it and all of the answers were algoods with the yellow part was the hardest we were struggling so my other friend came over and helped us his was Mahara.


And we had to finish lots of work of then we were almost done and then we had to finish of the last one to do but we didn't have time to finish it off because miss called us to stop for to do our inquiry.

Reflection about native and wild animals new zealand

Today we had a reliever that came in this morning she was nice to us in like 4 minutes. We were talking about what pests are she told us that there was a sign that said that 400 dollars reward because she lost her cat and that cat was important to her and it was a pests that kills birds so she said don't look for that cat we had a debate about should we respect possums because they are pests so should we respect or should we not we had to write a poem about what we disgusted i said.

The reason why I choose both because if we respect wild animals. They will sometimes attack you and if you respect possums. And if lots of cats keep and killing native animals they can sometimes just get disease there is these things called magets they look like moving rice if they get into any body or any animal that can kill them and Poznan them. Look like worms but they look white they always be inside bins. 

Manaiakalani Reflection

Today we went to a trip and it was called Manaiakalani and the how Tamaki Primary School went to the trip if you did int pay you would have to stay at school and go to the library and do work and the other students lined outside we had to pick our buddy's then we started to go to the bus's.

As soon as we got to the bus we started to move on to go to the trip. The trip was in Sylvia Park. When we got inside the movies we waited a little while and left to the sits and went inside we had to find a place to sit and we waited for it to start we saw the lights go off and then the film started we saw everybody film and after that we went back to the bus's and my friend and me went inside the bus and my friend played this game and went back to school and we had lunch.

Today we had a lesson with our teacher. We were talking about what do we use for abstract art. Abstract art means that when there basic shapes are are in a picture. We were answering answers to our teacher from the question. Every object is not electronic.

The electronic things are like computer,ps4,cars and TV's we also talked about what objects that our parents use the most and one was what would we use the most. There are old things like a camera and a Nokia there were games like Snakes and Ladders and Atari the atari were like in 2008.     

Ako production

Yesterday we had a ako afternoon that means that we had to perform on the day to our parents.The performance was about natural disasters that happened in the pacific islands we had to travel from New Zealand alll! the way to Fiji then Samoa,Niue,Cook Island,Tonga and the last place is back home to New Zealand.

My group out of those 6 places because New Zealand performed to.My group was Samoan group their was 5 of them so that will make 6 our natural disaster was Tsunami a tsunami is a Natural disaster that can break anything that's standing in their way.

Tsunami is a big wave.The earthquakes create the and the tectonic plates create the earthquakes if the earthquake gets big the bigger the wave we had items to bring we had to bring what we had on the site.

we had stuff to bring and it was like lava lavas but u didn't need to bring a lava lava because their was already lava lavas here at school so u could of just stay after school and practice and wait or go home then tell your mum to drop you off to school then wait until it starts.

Technology from last week

Today's technology was fun and awesome and when we got there I came late.When I went to the class there was no one there and then I just went down to the office and then waited for the people to go then ask sharon that i'm late for technology.But then she said to go check if miss aireen was in her office then I went then looked inside tell window then she was in there then I went back to the office and told miss sharon that she is in there then miss sharon said then go tell her and I knocked on the door then she said come in and I went in then she said do to book shelfs and then I will drop you of  then when I finished she dropped me off when I got there I went inside the cooking group and my buddies were lydia and heavani     

Tecnology 30th of August 2018

Today it was the last week for cooking group next week we have to switch over to another group.The next group that I am going to be in graphics all of the names of the groups are cooking,hard material,graphics and that's all I no today what we cooked was blue berry muffins the instructions were 1/2 a cup of flour 1/2 a cup of sugar and 1/2 a cup of oil but with the measuring cup then crack one egg in and then get the plastic scraper to mix it all up then when it gets dough tell the teacher then she will give you blueberries to put on top of it then mix it up my buddi was faka'ata we used the word teamwork to help each other to finish it up to be done then we had to get the muffin tin and the cupcake baskets to put the mixed dough blueberry muffins when we put it all in and finished it we put the oven on for 180.C to warm then put it inside until like a minute then leave it inside the oven for like two minutes then when it was ready faka'ata grabbed the muffin trays he grabbed mine and his then we ate it then if you didn't then you can give it to your friends or someone that doesn't have any lunch to eat I choose to give it to was mahara because he had no lunch.

WALA:Natural disasters

Today we were learning about natural disasters and I learn that if a natural disaster happens then you can lose your family and get hurt and then you will have no house and nowhere to live because if a tsunami happens it will make a big big wave. 

And when it dives it can break windows and break houses down even if you were underground like in a hidden place where no one will no but if a tsunami happen it like go through the holes underground like if you made like hole then it can go through there.

If it was a earthquake happened then it will just make cracks and I mean lots of cracks when the it does your house can like fall in and if like your mum or dad was like still in the house then you can go in and tell then or you can can just yell loud from outside.

On P.e I feel happy and safe with my school and I always think about playing in that tournament like if I am playing cricket. I will imaginate it in my brain and pretend that I was playing for my school and I will think about people cheering for me in the stadium.

And I am a boy that always imagnate stuff I work on and sometimes I feel like i'm dreaming and I think it doesn't hurt and when we played softball I was the first one to hit it far as I can. When I hit the ball far then I ran around the bases and I got a home run.

As soon as I got to the home base then everyone was like GO SUAVE!. And they were like this when I got to the end Nice one Suave and I was very happy and then my coach was kelly and she said your good Suave.
