How to make Kumara frittata
Step 1 - peel the kumara and crate (Cheese crater

Step 2 - Whisk 4 eggs with 1 cup of milk

Step 3 - mix with kumara and  pour into baking tin

- Bake 180c for 15-20 mins
- Clean
